Farming in Cambodia.

Spotted this cow hanging around close to the last station on the bamboo train tour in Battambang. There doesn’t seem to be much work for these guys at this time of the year but I am sure as soon as the rainy season is over he’ll be back in action. Traditionally, draft animals such as water buffalo and oxen have had an important role in the preparation of rice fields throughout Cambodia.

The Bamboo train tour is a unique experience to part take in while in Battambang. Your tuk tuk driver will take you there and it costs around 10-15 Dollars. Be prepared to be bothered by the kids at the end of this tour…so bring plenty of single dollars!!
